NEW 2022 model of BALI 4.2 joins fleet in Italian island of Sicily!

Enjoy sailing in secluded Aeolian archipelago and explore some of the cleanest waters in the MED!

Having just finished recording of a first exclusive 25min sailing documentary in the region, we have come back to working with increased enthusiasm and a lot of nice memories from exploring famous Isole de Eole or Aeolian Islands. Lying just off North West coast of Sicily, these are some of the most exclusive cruising grounds in Italy.  After North West Sardinia, Amalfi coast, Pontine islands and Tuscany, Aeolian islands stand firm and strong on many a sailor schedule for a sailing holiday to come.  Rightly so we say, as the islands have their own unique charm, offer good opportunity to properly sail and given line of sight sailing, are both friendly and relatively easy to reach on a day sail adventure.

While the islands are not particularly child-friendly, in particular for small children or those that are not used to sailing or comfortable on the water, this mainly becuase of lack of easy access to the shore or very few beaches, they are ideal for adventurous crews or couples and groups keen on new challenges.  All volcanic, Volcano is the closest to mainland Sicily and offers fabulous views of its smoking crater, in particular when viewing her from close by at a lovely South Western anchorage on Lipari or from further away from Western Salina.  Lipari is best for night entertainment and shopping, but also day swimming, kayaking and snorkelling.  Salina, with her two distinctive peaks is the only one with safe harbour (East side) and a number of peaceful villages on Northern or Western side.  Panarea is very romantic with neighbouring Bassiuzzo an interesting and remote anchorage option or for a number of days escaping from bigger crowds.  Filicudi is not an easy anchorage due to big swells coming on a regular basis, yet it is a challenge worth taking. Alicudi is remote and distant, worth visiting if you have plenty of time or just want to get away from it all.

BALI 4.2 is latest addition to local charter fleets and will be available as of April or May 2022. Its worth mentioning that similar boats are already or will be available in other Mediterranean locations, including Croatia, Turkey or Greece.  Most will come with 4-en suite cabin charter layout plus at least 1x skipper cabin.  This particular model is based in Marina Capo d'Orlando, some 10nm away from Volcano island.  Part of a well managed fleet, she is highly recommendable bareboat charter catamaran for all those who wish to enjoy a worry-free sailing holiday in Italy.  Other models, including a NEW Lagoon 42 will also be available for longer term charters around the Mediterranean or also Caribbean, with a few models offered for transatlantic crossings too.

To book your BALI 4.2 bareboat sailing charter in the Mediterranean and on board of this new 2022 boat during the summer 2022, please do get in touch by filling out the enquiry form, by email, on WhatsApp or on social media.

This news relates to a BALI 4.2 (2022), available for private charters and long-term sailing sabbaticals around the Siciliy and Aeolian islands during the summer months!
